According to the Law on customer protection (LCP), the user have the right of cancellation of the distant contract without any specific reasons and he/she can return the goods back to the trader not later than 14 days from the date of the purchase , but the goods must be in the same condition as in their receipt (in their original packing).
Obtaining a refund for a purchased article is possible after receiving it back and confirming its good condition! The client is obliged to inform us about his/her decision to return the goods by phone call or by e-mail. The refund will be obtained by a bank transfer in Bulgarian bank account within 14 days after the date of receiving the return.
Returns will not be accepted, if clients send them with a courier by cash on delivery payment method!
In case that the article you have ordered does not cover your requirements, we can make an exchange and replace it with another article from our collections. To return the ordered items a necessary requirement is the goods to be in a new and unworn condition, in their original packing, without any loss of commercial view. Also the goods must be accompanied with the guarantee slip. The transport costs for the exchange must be paid by the buyer. The exchange can be done within 30 days.
If the goods do not cover any of these requirements according to the Law on customer protection, then the exchange cannot be done.
